Glynn is a senior Cricket coach with more than 25 years of experience in coaching in England. Glynn was a wicket keeper batsman growing up and he represented Surrey Young Cricketers (U19) team. Glynn is the head of Wicket Keeping Coach at MVP Cricket Academy and he plays for Minnesota Royals Cricket Club at Minnesota Cricket Association.
